Day 1

1-3:00 p.m. – Arrival and Check In

• Groups arrive at Puckett Fieldhouse Lobby to check in final registration numbers, pick up keys and T-shirts, and drop off meds.

• Conference staff will be present to hand out snacks and be with students as leaders check in so that they can stretch and move after the drive.

• Crew will be scattered about campus for directions or other support.

4:00 p.m. – Church Small Group

• Assigned rooms across campus. Meet to discuss group expectations, schedule and other questions for the week.

5:00 p.m. – Adult Leader Meeting - Stedman Hall 200

• CMU staff available to assist with key issues

5:30-7:00 p.m. – Dinner - Inman Student Center
7:15 p.m. – Doors Open to Session - Puckett Fieldhouse
7:30 p.m. – Evening Session - Puckett Fieldhouse
9:00 p.m. – Small Group - Varies by Church
10:15 p.m. – Late Night – Puckett Fieldhouse
11:00 p.m. – In Dorms/Lights Out

• Dorms officially lock at 11:00. Crew will walk campus to send anyone back to dorms and often walk dorm hallways to encourage students back to their rooms.

Day 2

8-9:00 a.m. – Breakfast - Inman Student Center
9:15 a.m. – Doors Open to Session
9:30 a.m. – Morning Session - Puckett Fieldhouse
10:45 a.m. – Small Group
11:40 a.m. - 1 p.m. – Lunch
